What shipping methods do you offer?

We ship orders from Monday to Friday – All UK orders are dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked 24/48.

We do offer a next day guaranteed service if your order is placed Monday-Thursday before 2PM. This is an additional charge and can be added at the check out.

If you are placing a delivery on a Friday and require it urgently for the Saturday please be sure to select Saturday special delivery when placed before 2PM as this is an additional service provided by Royal Mail. If this is not selected your order will be sent on a regular next day service and may not reach you until the next working day (Monday)

Please note that any orders placed after 2PM will usually go out with the next days postage. Royal mail also lists some exclusion post codes for next day services on their website.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped with Royal Mail, either the same day or next day after purchase. Our business days are Monday to Friday. You will get a dispatch email with tracking when your order has left our warehouse.

What countries do you ship to?

We offer worldwide shipping, please add the item to your basket for an estimate. We offer free shipping within the UK contact us at spmu.world@gmail.com if you need further assistance.

I haven't received my order what should I do?

You should receive a dispatch email with tracking, if you have not received it simply get in touch and we will help you out.

What is your returns policy?

Any product(s)* may be returned to us unused within 30 days for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.

* Unless faulty we cannot accept returns for derma rollers due to hygiene reasons and to ensure safety of our customers and colleagues.

**30 days from the date your order is dispatched from us.

You as the buyer pay return postage. A refund will only be processed when we have received the return and it has been checked and processed by the returns department .We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged

We charge a 10% restocking fee to cover for all change of mind returns.

If you’ve asked for a refund we will credit the method of payment on the order. Please allow up to 14 days for this credit to appear on your account

For any faulty goods please contact us as soon as possible at spmu.world@gmail.com and we can help arrange a return (item dependant) for repair or replacement. If you do have faulty goods we will do our absolute best to get the replacement sent out quickly once we have assessed the issue.
